NOW HIRING: Part-Time Operations Manager
The Greeley Creative District is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the administrative and financial operations of our organization. The Operations Manager will handle routine bookkeeping and administrative tasks while gradually taking on more responsibility for documenting and improving our internal systems and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, working with numbers, and creating systems that help an organization run smoothly.
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
Compensation: $30 per hour
Location: Greeley Creative Arts Center, 702 13th Street, Greeley, CO. Hybrid, flexible work options available.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile and maintain financial records in QuickBooks
Process payroll and assist with routine financial administration
Pay bills and track organizational expenses
Prepare and issue receipts and other documentation for donors
Maintain organized digital files and administrative records
Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks
Create and maintain systems, checklists, and procedures to keep organizational information organized and accessible
Help document key operational processes and institutional knowledge
Support the Executive Director with other operational and administrative tasks as needed
Essential Skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Enjoys creating systems, processes, and organizational structures
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy when handling financial and organizational information
Previous bookkeeping, administrative, or operations experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Interest in the arts / creative industries preferred
